Online orders are accepted 24 hours. We are closed on Tuesdays. However we close our stores for special events and games. Please check our calendar to confirm.

配達に伺った際、配達員へ商品代金をお支払い頂く サービスです。手数料を別途頂いております。

前払いでお願いしております。振込手数料はお客様 負担となります。

注文完了後、支払い番号が完了画面又は、メールにて 表示されます。下記のいずれかの場所にてお支払いくだ さい。（前払い）

フットボールマークの店舗にご来店いただき、お支払い をお願いいたします。（決済時送料がプラスされる場合は、お支払いの際、変更させていただきます。）

通常品 / Regular Merchandise

未開封品に限り返品をお受けいたします。商品到着後3日以内に、当店までメールか電話でご連絡をお願いいたします。

You can return the merchandise if it is unopened. Please contact us by phone or email within 3 days  after receipt of goods.

セール品や福袋など / On-Sale Merchandise

お値引き商品につき、ご返品はお受けすることができかねます。誠に恐縮ではございますが、ご了承ください。

お客様都合のご返品の場合はご容赦ください。ただし、不良品交換、誤品配送交換は当社負担とさせていただきます。

万一不良品等がございましたら、商品到着より7日以内にメールまたは電話でご連絡ください。 着払いご返品後、良品あるいは同等品と交換させていただきます。 それを過ぎますと返品交換のご要望はお受けできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。

別サイズ・カラーへの商品交換をご希望の場合は、交換時の往復送料の実費はお客様のご負担となりますので、ご容赦ください。

Due to the discounted price, we do not accept returning On-Sale Merchandise. We apologize for inconvenience.

We are not able to accept return for any other reasons except for faulty merchandise or incorrect shipment.

In case of faulty merchandise, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Once we receive the faulty merchandize, we will send you an exchange item. (we will pay for the shipping) Please note we will not be able to accept exchange after 7 days.

If the customer wants to exchange the merchandise with different size or color, the customer will pay for the shipping for both ways.
