We are not able to accept return for any other reasons except for faulty merchandise or incorrect shipment.
In case of faulty merchandise, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Once we receive the faulty merchandize, we will send you an exchange item. (we will pay for the shipping) Please note we will not be able to accept exchange after 7 days.
If the customer wants to exchange the merchandise with different size or color, the customer will pay for the shipping for both ways.
